How do you feel? Were you able to break a bad sleep habit? Did you find at least one new thing you love to do before bedtime? For some people, the results may be small but meaningful; while others notice large improvements. If you successfully changed one thing that is now a more positive habit, you’re on the road to better quality sleep.
Because you spend one-third of your life in bed, you have many more sleeps to keep practicing the good habits learned during the Sleep30® Challenge by Sleep Number.
WHAT DO I DO NOW?
- Take the final recap survey sent to you in the Day 30 email from Sleep Number to help us understand if and how this challenge helped improve your sleep quality.
- Pick habits you like best and continue doing them. There’s no reason the Sleep30® Challenge must last only 30 days. In fact, we recommend the healthy habits learned during this challenge become part of your norm.
