Making a commitment is the biggest step in making any kind of change.

For the next 30 days, you’re going to put sleep first. For the next 30 days, you’re going to think of yourself as a professional sleeper. For the next 30 days, it’s your job to sleep.

 

How you make that commitment is up to you. You may choose to sign this pledge and tape it to your refrigerator door. You may stand in the mirror and pledge your reflection. You may post it on social media. You’ll certainly want to tell your spouse, partner and/or family members, whose understanding and support will help you in your journey.
